Principal’s Message
March 20, 2026
Dear Whiton Families,
This week our school community has come together in an extraordinary way following the tragic fire that destroyed several homes. In the face of such loss, the compassion, generosity, and support shown by staff, students, and families have been truly remarkable.
Through donations, outreach, and acts of kindness, we are working together to support those affected during this incredibly difficult time. This response reflects the strength of our community and our shared commitment to caring for one another.
While the road ahead may be challenging, our families are not facing it alone. Together, we will continue to provide support, comfort, and hope.
As we look ahead, next week our third graders will take the stage for their music performance, showcasing all they have learned this year on the recorder. Our students have been hard at work practicing for this exciting event, and we look forward to seeing them share their progress.
Please see below for information about our new Spanish teacher, as well as next year’s school calendar, which was approved at last night’s BOE meeting.
Reminder: YEARBOOKS- ONE WEEK LEFT TO ORDER Our online store for yearbook is now open! Please find the link here. The online store will close Friday, March 27, 2026.
